The Conejo Valley	Surrounded by rolling hills, majestic oaks and beautiful lakes, the cities of Westlake Village and Agoura Hills have become two of the most desirable communities in Southern California.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my website.  Hopefully you will quickly notice that my site is different from the vast majority of real estate websites you see today. 

The reason for that is I completely designed and wrote the information on this site myself. 

Most real estate websites are designed and written by third party companies that all use the same, general and generic real estate information from all over the country so they can sell the site to agents everywhere.  However, the truth is the way homes are bought and sold varies greatly from region to region.

My site is different.  The information on my site comes from my personal experience of helping people buy and sell homes in the Conejo and San Fernando Valley.

I teach a class at The Learning Tree University called "Why Rent When You Can Own?".  Over the years, I have had the opportunity to speak to hundreds of buyers and sellers who spoke candidly about the buying and selling process because they viewed me as an instructor rather than a salesperson.

As a result, I have been able to introduce services that allow you to be more in control of your home search and provide you with specific information that will truly help you become better educated about buying and selling a home.
