Quite often, we as agents lose site of the fact that most people only buy or sell a home a few times in their lifetime.  We assume you are familiar with the current markets and you know all of our jargon, like MLS or CMA. 

Of course, unless you buy and sell homes all the time, you are probably not that familiar with the real estate transaction and all that's involved.  On top of that, many well intentioned people will offer you their opinion, stories and lessons they learned when they bought or sold a home which often adds to the confusion you may be experiencing.
